Job Summary: As a Trainee Level 1 (T1) in our Sales department, you will embark on the first step of your sales career with us. This entry-level position is designed to introduce you to our company’s core values, history, and the products we stand by. You will undergo comprehensive training on our employee handbook, product knowledge, and the fundamentals of professional work etiquette. This role is essential for building a strong foundation in sales, understanding our company culture, and preparing you for a successful career in our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Orientation:
    • Participate in orientation sessions to understand the company’s history, mission, and values.
    • Familiarize yourself with the company’s structure, policies, and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Engage in training modules designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our products, their features, benefits, and the value they bring to our customers.
    • Attend product demonstrations and learn from experienced sales team members to gain practical insights into our product range.
  • Professional Development:
    • Receive training on professional work etiquette, including communication skills, time management, and customer interaction techniques.
    • Participate in workshops and seminars that focus on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence.
  • Performance Feedback:
    • Regularly meet with your supervisor or training coordinator to review your progress, discuss feedback, and set goals for your development.
    • Actively seek constructive criticism and advice to improve your sales capabilities and professional conduct.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist senior sales staff with client meetings, presentations, and administrative tasks as needed to gain practical sales experience.
    • Observe and learn from real-life sales scenarios and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.

Starting Salary and Benefits:

Php 15,000.00 

Php 5,000 six month signing bonus (assuming passed exams)

Live Seller

Job Summary: The Live Seller and Content Creator at Spartan BTY Inc. is responsible for creating engaging and persuasive live selling sessions and compelling content that showcases our BTY products. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving sales through live presentations and enhancing brand visibility through creative content creation across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Selling:

  • Conduct live selling sessions on platforms like Facebook, Shopee, and TikTok.
  • Showcase product features, benefits, and usage engagingly.
  • Interact with viewers to enhance engagement and drive sales.
  • Analyze performance to improve future sessions.
  • Maintain confidence and energy for 2-4 hour live sessions.

Content Creation:

  • Develop and produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the BTY brand, including conversational, educational, entertainment, and inspirational types.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars for social media.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into content creation.

Social Media Management:

  • Grow and manage our social media presence.
  • Post regular content, engage with followers, and respond to comments.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness.
  • Engage with influencers and potential brand ambassadors.

Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated with BTY products and new launches.
  • Train the sales team on live selling techniques and product knowledge.

Customer Engagement and Feedback:

  • Build strong relationships through live interactions and content.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to understand customer needs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Pursuing a degree in Mass Communication or a related field.
  • Experience: Experience in live selling, content creation, or social media management is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong presentation, organizational, and video editing skills.
  • Attributes: Creative, confident, adaptable, and customer-focused.
  • Physical: Good looking, Presentable on camera and video
