Job Summary: As a Trainee Level 1 (T1) in our Sales department, you will embark on the first step of your sales career with us. This entry-level position is designed to introduce you to our company’s core values, history, and the products we stand by. You will undergo comprehensive training on our employee handbook, product knowledge, and the fundamentals of professional work etiquette. This role is essential for building a strong foundation in sales, understanding our company culture, and preparing you for a successful career in our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Orientation:
    • Participate in orientation sessions to understand the company’s history, mission, and values.
    • Familiarize yourself with the company’s structure, policies, and procedures as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Product Knowledge:
    • Engage in training modules designed to equip you with in-depth knowledge of our products, their features, benefits, and the value they bring to our customers.
    • Attend product demonstrations and learn from experienced sales team members to gain practical insights into our product range.
  • Professional Development:
    • Receive training on professional work etiquette, including communication skills, time management, and customer interaction techniques.
    • Participate in workshops and seminars that focus on sales techniques, negotiation skills, and customer service excellence.
  • Performance Feedback:
    • Regularly meet with your supervisor or training coordinator to review your progress, discuss feedback, and set goals for your development.
    • Actively seek constructive criticism and advice to improve your sales capabilities and professional conduct.
  • Sales Support:
    • Assist senior sales staff with client meetings, presentations, and administrative tasks as needed to gain practical sales experience.
    • Observe and learn from real-life sales scenarios and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Strong interest in developing a career in sales.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications.

Starting Salary and Benefits:

Php 15,000.00 

Php 5,000 six month signing bonus (assuming passed exams)
